It is in Provence, in the Regional Park of the Verdon, on the domain of Dominique Martino that you will be able to discover the sublime black truffle, which draws its name from the Latin Tuber melanosporum.  This underground mushroom lives in harmony with the oak trees that we planted on the Valensole plateau, one of the best locations in France for the cultivation of the Truffle.

Each winter, with our dogs, we harvest these truffles that we offer both the gourmets and the gourmands.
